You must respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
You must ship products within the specified timeframe
Counterfeit or stolen items are strictly prohibited

Prohibited Activities

Misrepresenting product conditions or specifications
Creating fake accounts or reviews
Harassing other users
Attempting to bypass fees or commissions
Scraping or collecting user data without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on PhoneXpressBD, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PhoneXpressBD or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PhoneXpressBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
